Returns Policy
In the event of shipping damage or if you are not satisfied with your framing, please immediately Contact Us with your order number and any pictures to help explain the issue. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, and will work with the customer to resolve all issues. This is a lifetime policy to ensure your satisfaction whether the frame is new or you have had it a long time.

In the event of shipping damage, we will either ship the customer a replacement frame or acrylic to have repaired at a local frame shop (all costs reimbursed by SportsDisplays) or we will pay to have the item shipped back to SportsDisplays and repaired. The customer should always send pictures of the damage, the box, and the shipping label to assist with filing Cases with the shipping company.

Refunds
If we cannot resolve issues related to the satisfaction of the customer, we will issue a refund.

Shipping
We cover the costs of shipping to all locations in the Continental US. If you want to have your item shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or an International address, please Contact Us with an address so we can provide a shipping estimate.
