Thank you for your interest in SportsDisplays! We know you have questions about trusting your prized jersey to this company in the desert (Tucson!). Here we'll attempt to answer all of the most commonly asked questions, but feel free to call us (520-477-1091) or email us (sales@sportsdisplays.com) with your own questions!

 

Why should I trust my jersey to a company across the state (or country)?
SportsDisplays has been in business for over 10 years and has a perfect record! We are not in the business of selling framed jerseys, only framing jerseys for our loyal customers. Take a look at our testimonials on the website and unsolicited customer feedback on our Facebook and Twitter pages. This is real customer feedback!

 

What is the process for having my jersey framed?
You will place your order on the website for either the Classic Framing or Executive Framing. Simply choose the framing style and complete the order process. Once you place the order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email (check your spam folder if you don't get it right away!) with instructions on where to send your jersey. Be sure to send a copy of your confirmation email so we know it's your jersey!! Once we receive the jersey we'll send you an email to let you know we received the jersey. When the jersey is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number!

 

How long will it take to get my jersey framed? Or asked another way, what's your turnaround time?
Typically it takes about 2-3 weeks to frame the jersey once it's received. The shipping from Tucson takes about 2-5 days, depending on what part of the country you live in. SportsDisplays generally ships framed jerseys on Friday, to help you with your calculation!

 

What are the "customizations"?
SportsDisplays offers a variety of layouts with the Classic Framing and Executive Framing. However, you may come across a framed jersey that was done differently and you'd like us to match the layout. Or perhaps you have souvenirs from an event that you want to make sure are included in the framing, but they don't fit one of the existing layouts. The "customizations" allow us to create custom layouts to satisfy our customers and are quoted simply based on the design work needed to create the new layout.

 

Do you have a recommendation on where to get pictures to frame with my jersey?
We wrote a blog about this to help you purchase pictures or download them yourself!

 

If my jersey has embroidery sewn on the bottom, can that be displayed?
Yes, we will frame the jersey vertically to display the embroidery. Often that means the jersey cannot be framed with 8x10s because they'll cover part of the embroidery. We will always do our best to include the pictures.

Do you iron or press the jerseys?
No, we do not iron the jerseys because we do not want to alter your jersey in any way. With our method of framing, we insert a piece of the matting inside of the jersey and pull it taut to remove most wrinkles (creases may be another story!).

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
