SportsDisplays Shipping, Return, and Refund

SportsDisplays offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for life. In the unlikely event there are any problems with the jersey framing, we will work with you to have any damage/issues corrected at no cost to the customer. Simply reach out to us via phone (520-477-1091) or email (sales@sportsdisplays.com) and we will make sure you are satisfied! Please be sure to have pictures of any damage/issues so we can assess the best course of action to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns Policy 

In the event of shipping damage or a mistake in your framing, please immediately Contact Us with your order number and any pictures to help explain the issue. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, and will work with the customer to resolve all issues. In the event of shipping damage, we will either ship the customer a replacement frame or acrylic to have repaired at a local frame shop (all costs reimbursed by SportsDisplays) or we will pay to have the item shipped back to SportsDisplays and repaired. The customer should always send pictures of the damage, the box, and the shipping label to assist with filing Cases with the shipping company.

Shipping

We cover the costs of shipping to all locations in the Continental US. If you want to have your item shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or an International address, please Contact Us with an address so we can provide a shipping estimate.
